One of the country’s most famous chefs with a string of businesses to his name, including a bar and a bakery, Sasson honed his talents in Canada, where he acquired a taste for global flavours. The eclectic menu takes in Latin American, Asian and European culinary styles with pides, empanadas and wood-roasted meats alongside plates from the mozzarella counter and the Japanese robata grill. Sasson’s love of bold flavours pulls the different elements together with dishes such as grilled corvina fish with lemon and thyme butter or marinated chicken wings with five types of pepper. The wine list is equally inclusive with options ranging from Argentina and France to Chile and California.
